I was surprised... this caught malware that my old antivirus completely missed. It was quick, easy, and it seems to be working really well so far.

I had an issue with bitdefender not updating on my laptop, and it left me a bit uneasy. Security software is one of those things you expect to just work in the background, so when it got stuck, it definitely chipped away at my trust a little. I reached out to support thinking I’d be waiting around forever, but they actually got back to me quickly with clear steps.
The support guy was patient, even when I missed one of the instructions and had to ask again. It took around 20 minutes, then a restart, and everything was working again. I’m glad they fixed it without making things complicated, but I’d be lying if I said the whole thing didn’t make me a bit more cautious about relying on it completely

I was in a practical mood when I bought this and just wanted something that worked without spending too much. For the price, it’s definitely worth it and does what I needed it to do.

I usually use Bitdefender VPN when I’m on hotel Wi-Fi or sitting in cafes and stuff like that. The speed has been good for me overall. Every now and then it takes a minute to connect, but once it’s on, it mostly stays steady. Streaming has worked alright too, though it’s not perfect every single time. I’m happy with it for what I need, just wish switching servers was a bit quicker sometimes.
